Step 2 — Excellence Readiness Assessment (online)
Understand where you stand — and what will take you further

A guided digital self-assessment based on KAIZUNO, supported by ESPRIX coaching, creates rapid clarity, alignment, and a focused improvement roadmap.
It is the ideal preparation for sustainable excellence — and for Step 3.

Recognition at Step 2 is a valuable outcome in its own right — with the option to continue to the national Award.
