Step 2 — Excellence Readiness Clarification
Determine whether your organisation is ready for national participation

Step 2 is not a competition stage.
It is a structured clarification of organisational maturity to determine whether your organisation is ready to participate in a Classic or Thematic Excellence Insights Assessment (Step 3).

You may choose one of the following three pathways:

Option 1 — Independent Evidence of Maturity
Your organisation provides documented evidence demonstrating that its organisational maturity is sufficient for participation at national level.

Option 2 — Facilitated 360° Management Workshop (½ day)
A facilitated half-day workshop with your leadership team to assess maturity, strategic alignment, and readiness for national participation.

Option 3 — Guided Digital Self-Assessment
A structured, team-based digital self-assessment engaging leaders across functions and levels of your organisation.
Guided by an Excellence expert and supported by AI-assisted analytics, the process delivers an evidence-based maturity report, a clear improvement roadmap, and application-ready documentation for Step 3 — conducted in parallel with daily operations and without additional paperwork.

What happens next
– Following this Step 2 clarification, you will receive confirmation whether your organisation is eligible to proceed to Step 3

Step 3 — Excellence Insights Assessment
Demonstrate what makes your organisation outstanding.

Certified ESPRIX Assessors conduct an in-depth, on-site assessment in dialogue with your people — guided by a rigorous and
independent approach based on Excellence Framework Europe (EFE) 2026.
