Two Pathways to Success
ESPRIX AwardAssessments are conducted using the Excellence Framework Europe (EFE), a practical, open, and proven methodology designed to evaluate organisational excellence across dimensions such as performance, adaptability, and value creation.
You can choose between two validated approaches to presenting your organisation:
Classical Assessment
Submit a formal application dossier with your performance evidence and narratives. Contact the ESPRIX Office for templates and guidance to submit your application.
Evolutionary Assessment
Collaborate with experienced ESPRIX Assessors in a step-by-step discovery process over four to six weeks, using existing data and a guided reflection framework. This approach is ideal for dynamic or fast-growing organizations.
